Apply an adequate amount of the product before sun exposure, then re-apply regularly to maintain the initial protection level. Be sure to re-apply particularly after swimming, sweating or towel drying. Even after applying the product, avoid direct exposure to the sun (between 11 am and 4 pm). Using less than the recommended quantity will significantly reduce the level of protection.
